Focus :    Understand the Pilates Breath, what it means and how to breath intercostally during your Pilates practice. I’ll show you a couple ways to find this breath in your body using the theraband and fitball props to help us. The breath is the foundation of ALL movement and certainly of Pilates. So, this is important to understand and will help you find greater results in your practice of Pilates.
