This total body workout kicks off with plenty of planks from bear crouch to fancy shmancy planks and more. You’ll strengthen your upper body, core and lower body using isometric work, concentric and eccentric work. You’ll hit all sides and finish with a very challenging balance move at the end. This session is creative and fun, so enjoy!

A steady and thoughtful flow taking our time to make our connections and set ourselves up right. We move at a slower pace possibly than our usual but the challenge is constant and deep while having fun with some big moves. This class is great for building strength into wrists!
