Inner Strength Suspension Training, Center-out!
*Equipment Needed : Mat and suspension trainer.
Focus : Inner strength suspension training from stabilizing muscles out. Full body from back to core to glutes to sides and definitely arms.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught but this class is for ANY level. There are plenty of modifications given today to make the workout either more or less intense.
The Course of this Class : Today’s class we start with standing footwork, or you can think of it like a series of pliés. Next we take it onto the mat for CORE work, glute work, a planking and rowing series. We finish standing adding some rotation into the spine from hips up. You’ll feel the focus on those stabilizing muscle groups from shoulders to core to pelvis throughout all of our positioning.
Goals : Increase our stabilizing muscle strength from shoulder stabilizers to core-spine stabilizers to everything in the pelvis in all our movements. Improve overall full body tone.
