This is our Burn & Firm Reformer LIVE class replay Wednesdays Wind-Up. We combine classical & contemporary Pilates. This class hones in on those muscle groups to strengthen, build lean, muscle tone and firm & pulse it for that burn!

Focus :  INNER THIGH STRENGTH Reformer today, get ready to feel the burn in those ADductors!

Class Level :  ALL levels! Modify and adjust the workout to make it to your level, we want everyone to join!

Goals :  Increase inner thigh strength and therefore pelvic floor and core strength too. Improve muscle tone & endurance.
