Interval Resistance & Cardio Training Trampoline

FOCUS :   

This full length, total body class will: sculpt, shape and strengthen your arms and upper back muscles using both resistance and weights; tone and strengthen your abs; work your balance; and it will work your whole cardiovascular system head to toe, stamina, endurance and strength.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Trampoline + 1 medium-heavy set of dumbbells + 1 resistance bungee or stretch band.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels.

GOALS :     

A full length class devoted to sculpting, toning and shaping the upper body, arms, upper back and core muscles while revving the cardiovascular system via intervals to significantly increase cardio tolerance, stamina and endurance in lungs and muscles. All trampoline workouts will additionally cleanse your lymphatic system, challenge and improve your balance (proprioceptive and vestibular systems), improve your posture, and improve your coordination which includes your mind-body connection and cognitive elasticity. Low impact exercise to help improve and maintain healthy bone density. Fat and caloric burn. Encourage lean muscle mass. Heart and lung health. Energy boosting! Improve feet and ankle flexibility and strength.
