FOCUS :   

Back to a classic full body jump session today, just rolling through from core to legs to side body to glutes and more upper body. Simple and straight forward, hop in and let’s keep our flow from start to finish. Need more challenge today? Up your weight/resistance and increase your pace of jumps, make today YOUR session!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + jumpboard.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels class in terms of jumps today. As for level of intensity, this is YOUR workout so notch up or down as you need but whatever you do challenge yourself today to see where you can get to 😊💪!

CLASS FLOW :   

A quick moving 30 minute jump class today. We’ll start by setting our core to sustain us through the rest of our workout. Moving to leg focus and later side body to glutes to upper you’ll not miss an inch! Challenge yourself with your resistance and pace today if you are feeling like you need more challenge! Adapt to you!

GOALS :     

Cardio training to improve heart health, improve bone density, low impact, fat burning, muscle leaning workouts. Boost energy levels and metabolism function. Body sculpting and toning.
