This jump Reformer mixes up the pace and the intensity quite a lot. From burning out your core to burning out your legs, you’ll have it all. If you didn’t get enough of your dumbbells in last class, we are bringing them over with us to continue that toning and sculpting effect while also using them to help us raise the heart rate and keep it up for that calorie burn. Keep moving with fun variations and many props to increase the challenge and keep things fresh.
