Reformer + jumpboard + medium size soft ball. (You can substitute with a rolled up towel if you don’t have a soft ball. But I really do encourage you to get one, great prop to have!)
All levels class, pace is constant so if you need to slow it down or even speed it up this is YOUR workout so adapt it to you 😊💪!
