Lateral Release + Hips, Legs, Low Back & Spine Stretch

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

Focus :   

Going a little further into the stretch for that release found through breath and the assistance of the resistance band. Today you will work your full body for a stretch to improve your flexibility, circulation and flow, elongating the tissues and encouraging quicker recovery and bounce back.

You’ll lengthen the side body, lateral lines, legs, hip flexors, hamstrings, hips, low back, and work thoracic mobility and rotation.

Equipment Needed :     

A Mat, a resistance band of medium-heavy strength (I’ll actually be switching between both), and a medium soft ball (or rolled up towel).

Class Level :     

ALL levels. For everyone!

The Course of this Class :   

Enjoy the scenery in today’s class as you take time apart from your workouts and other activities to stretch out your muscles, add length and breath back into your body. Release tensions and bring back energy flow.

Goals :
