Lengthening & Opening Head to Toe Flow, REFORMER FIT IN 15-20

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Full body long and lengthening flow to open the chest and heart, stretch the legs in full length and extension and move the spine in all directions to create more space, get taller, breath deeper and feel better! Today’s class while focused on lengthening movements and active stretching will engage your shoulders, core and glutes as we move through each exercise.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + Reformer sitting box (we are using the box today in entirety).

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class is not at a specific level today, simply know your machine and how to move mindfully with breath and flow. FOR EVERYONE!

CLASS FLOW :   

A 25 minute lengthening, stretching and very lightly toning class with continuous flow start to finish. The timer will keep you abreast to how long we will move within each exercise.

GOALS :     

Actively improve your flexibility and elasticity within tissues, improving energy levels and recovery times. Quick but deep and effective toning, sculpting, body refining and shaping workouts. Intelligent movement. Functional fitness. Improve alignment, posture, muscle firing, overall strength and fitness, circulation, metabolism boost and energy flow. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
