This fat-burning cardio rebounding workout uses low-impact plyometric training combined with Pilates strength training.

Expect to boost your mood and energy levels, burn fat, improve your cardio fitness level and increase your circulation.

Expect to sweat and be ready to jump.

Have your favorite cardio, motivation playlist ready and push play while we workout.

This class is for ALL levels.

2x/month this is a Reformer jumpboard class, sometimes also incorporating small props (remember small props are always optional, join even if you don’t have them).
2x/month this is a Rebounding Trampoline workout which will also include toning and tightening your core.
