Arms and Abs: strong to stabilize you and strong to push and pull. Upper body strength combined with core strength, connecting those shoulder stabilizing muscles and lats down the back, tying into your obliques and your core. Work your diagonals across the body front to back. Engage from center out and connect to which muscles you are firing in each exercise.
