Long and Strong Lines Using the Tower

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Mobilize the spine, strengthen leg muscles in long sweeping movements, work standing balance, center yourself and move with flow. This feel good class will both lengthen and gently strengthen you.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED :     

Tower/Cadillac/Wall springboard.

CLASS LEVEL :     

ALL levels.

CLASS FLOW :   

Class starts with spine mobilization and moves into core and then full body flow. Modest pace to class.

GOALS :     

Mobilize and strengthen the spine in all directions. Lengthen and strengthen hamstrings and backs of legs. Improve standing and moving balance. Work upper body strength and mind-body connection. Improve posture from head to toe. Have fun with the tower.
