Long and Strong Tower Flow

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Mobilize your spine moving it in all directions while simultaneously elongating and strengthening the legs, glutes, side body, and upper body. You’ll feel greater breathe, energy and flow throughout your body at the end of class.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED :     

Tower/Cadillac/Wall springboard.

CLASS LEVEL :     

ALL levels.

CLASS FLOW :   

Starting with spinal stretches, class moves on up to feet for balancing work and finishes back down seated tall. You’ll work in all planes, strengthening into glutes and hamstrings, arms, chest and upper back, and using your core as your stabilization.

GOALS :     

Mobilize and strengthen the spine in all directions. Lengthen and strengthen hamstrings and backs of legs. Improve standing and moving balance. Work upper body strength and mind-body connection. Stretch and strengthen the side body. Improve posture from head to toe. Have fun with the tower.
