Beach Girl Toned, Legs & Booty

Level: Beginner++

*Equipment Needed :     Resistance band and Mat. 

Focus :    Join me on one of the most beautiful islands in the world: Rottnest Island, for a toning Mat flow. Our focus is building long lean muscle using the stretch band today. 

Class Level :     Beginner – Intermediate.

The Course of this Class :     We’ll be using the resistance band the whole way through to build long lean muscle tone in our legs; increase the challenge to our booty, back, and core; and just make it more fun. Stand it up at the end for some lunges, squats and single leg standing balance!
