Planking with the Flow

Focus : Strong fit Mat flow! Total body workout, strong and dynamic movements.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : Ever wish you could just let your body lead you through a workout? Well today we are going to do just that while focusing on flow. From back body, to side body and core strength, we are going to keep our transitions fluid and just flow the whole way through. You’ll see bear crouches, lots of planks, Snake from the Reformer… this is a strong, dynamic workout! Let’s do this!
Goals : Improve our flow, moving more seamlessly through transitions, and increase our core strength.
