Barre inspired, Lower Body Suspension Workout

Level: All Levels

*Equipment Needed :  TRX (or similar suspension trainer). No Mat needed today, we’ll be standing.

Focus :  Barre inspired, lower body suspension workout, focused on legs, hip extensors, and booty. We’ll work standing balance, and also thanks to the TRX hit our upper body: shoulder stabilizers and arms too. A little abs at the end!

Class Level :  ALL levels.

The Course of this Class :  An all-standing routine we’ll plié, squat, lunge, kick, twist, stretch and plank. Lots of fun!

A fabulous routine for strengthening the hips, glutes, legs and shoulder stabilizers!

Goals :  Mobilize & strengthen your lower body, hips, glutes and legs. Gain strength, balance and ease in movement.
