Lunch Break – Let’s Get Movin’! Total Body Strong + Tabata Finisher

Level: Advanced, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Total Body flow with hamstring and chest emphasis, finished with a full body 8 minute cardio push at the end to burn fat, get blood flow going, boost energy levels and increase overall stamina. Follow this flow to stay on top of your fitness, keep up your dynamic balance and certain advanced exercises, as well as to keep your balance and agility on par along with heart health and stamina.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + wooden dowel (an extra firm foam roller could be used in place of a wooden dowel).

Keep your conditioning in certain more advanced moves. Improve your overall strength and flexibility. Increase your coordination, mind-body connectivity, and standing balance and agility. Lengthen while also strengthening. Improve your foot speed and simultaneously work your cognition during tabata rounds. Improve your cardiovascular health and stamina. Improve your lean muscle mass, burn fat. Better your energy and metabolism. Athletic fitness. Have fun working out. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
