Lunch Break Moves: Strength, lil’ Stretch & Energy Boost

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Open and strengthen hips and glutes; strengthen and stretch abductors and adductors (inner and outer thighs); wake up your whole system in core and full body strengthening moves; boost your energy, blood flow and metabolism for a livelier afternoon with a little cardio at the end. You’ll feel fully worked at the end of today’s short workout and energized for whatever is next on your agenda for the day!

A great quick morning workout or mid-day pick-me-up or even end of day energy booster.
