Pick Up the Pace Magic Flow

*Equipment Needed : Magic Circle. Reformer and Long/Short box.
Focus : Particularly abs, legs and booty strong.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : I opened today’s class with something I like to do with my Mat classes. But you know I like to mix things up! So it was nice to open a Reformer session with a Pilates ring standing warm-up. The circle quickly heats up our CENTER so we can get connected! After this, we’ll take it down to the Reformer where we’ll keep using that circle to isolate our 1) Pelvic Floor, 2) ABS, and 3) Inner thighs. Then we will put it aside to fluidly flow through a whole body, posture retraining, good paced session.
Goals : Maintain strong, healthy posture, core connections and good, healthy fitness.
