*Equipment Needed : Pilates Chair, Magic Circle, and Mat.
Focus : ADductors (inner thighs) burning and firming, toning and reshaping. We will also hit our CORE, upper back, arms and legs, so this is full body, but do get ready to squeeze that circle to an oval for the next 27 minutes!!
Class Level : Intermediate++ on up.
The Course of this Class : We’ll start with seated foot and leg work while simultaneously working our arms using the circle. Moving to the top of the chair for teaser, side lying work and extension. Lastly we move to the floor to further work our posterior chain and our side body balancing. We’ll finish standing working balance and alignment with some tough pliés. A strong, under 30 minute workout full body workout.
Goals : Tone, firm and reshape that body from inner thighs to abs to arms and back. Though the focus is our inner thighs, this is a full body, strong workout. The circle helps us make those connections and realize how involved each muscle is in each task.
