This is our Burn & Firm Reformer LIVE class replay Wednesdays Wind-Up. We combine classical & contemporary Pilates. This class hones in on those muscle groups to strengthen, build lean, muscle tone and firm & pulse it for that burn!
Focus : Magic Circle Reformer: combining these 2 together today. THIGH & ARM STRENGTH, and pelvic floor activation. Get ready to feel the burn in those ADductors, and your arms as well!
Class Level : ALL levels! Modify and adjust the workout to make it to your level, we want everyone to join!
Goals : Increase connectivity and keen internal muscle awareness. Pelvic floor activation to inner thigh strength, and upper body strength. Improve muscle tone & endurance.
