*Equipment Needed : Your Mat and a household chair, oh and maybe a little towel for cushion if you have a hard wooden chair like me.
This is a replay of our LIVE Mat workout class on Mondays, for a Mash-up of Pilates, Barre & Fit-Fusion Fun. Today we are using a household chair along with the mat to shake things up a bit!
Focus : Today’s mat workout is about lots of core strength, abs, obliques and inner thighs; we’ll touch on our arms, get some yummy spinal movement in and finish with some barre type standing work. This class is all about increasing total body tone while moving with fluidity. Nice and short, easy to fit into any busy day!
Class Level : ALL levels. Modifications given, adjust for your needs.
Goals : Tone the body and move fluidly. A great class to start any day, or a new week.
