Focus : A metabolism boosting dynamic workout for everyone.
A metabolism boosting, fitness inspired standing mat workout using a household chair. This is dynamic full body, functional movement FOR EVERYONE, using our core Pilates principles. It’s out of the box, a ton of fun, challenging, and you guys, we all need this one because it is SO functional!
We are focused on using movements that are what we call functional. This means movements we use every day in our daily activities, or movements that directly translate to making us stronger in performing those daily activities. We all need this. And p.s. no we may not be doing planks in our normal day, lol, but these are incredible for building stronger shoulders, arms and even proven to be good for our heart health! So, get ready for that today!
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : We will work our feet up for stronger feet, ankles, legs, hips, glutes, abs, arms, shoulders, and back. We’ll also test our endurance all while working our balance and proprioception. You just need any household chair and your mat, join me!
Goals : Our main goal as said before is to create a metabolism boosting dynamic workout today. We want to get our heart rate up and to challenge and increase our strength as well as our alignment.
