Moving Through Back Pain

Focus : Pilates for back pain. Today is a long, SLOW, thoughtful Reformer session.

The Course of this Class : I invite you to listen to your body today as you move with me, some movements may be what you need, others maybe you will want to forego. Make this yours and my hope is that it ultimately brings you healing and back to movement. Move to heal.
Goals : I am actually sharing with you my own move-through-pain session while I was in a lot of pain. I invite you to join me if you are in this boat too, and I hope that this movement also brings you restoration and renewal. Our body can use restorative movement to heal and correct itself. Often our go-to can be to stay away from movement for fear to injure ourselves further. This however, can be a dangerous cycle which actually keeps us in pain instead of gets us out of it.
This said, every situation is unique, please make sure you are cleared by your doctor to move safely.
