This creative class uses some out of the box moves combining the resistance band with the Reformer for a fun mix up while, do NOT be fooled, a tough sculpting workout. There is not any stretch with this “stretch” band workout. You’ll tone it up head to toe in just 30 minutes.

Intermediate level, although all levels are encouraged to try this class. Modifications are given throughout.
Total body toning and sculpting. Creative flows on your Reformer. Improve core and overall body strength in exercises as well as positions. Improve posture and alignment, balance and precision. Return and repeat to track progress. Daily fitness in a timely fashion!
