Even if HIIT isn’t your favorite way to train, we encourage you to try these classes as they are quick; we use Pilates principles and exercises throughout; it is important to challenge your body in ways you might not habitually do so. Grab your sweat towel, water bottle and weights and let’s go!

We start with a Pilates core warm up and then get right into our circuits. Only 5 very short circuits of 2 rounds each. So if you tend to get board today’s class is perfect for you as you won’t have time to get board!
