Back to Basics

Level: Beginner

pilates basics… *Equipment Needed :     Reformer and Long/Short box.

Focus :    Methodically move through an easy flow while we concentrate on our core connectivity and our form. Great for beginners or if you just want to bring it back down to the basics! Also, learn the name of the Pilates exercises as we go along if you aren’t already familiar with them. Additionally, learn how to properly set yourself up in each exercise in order to get the most out of it. 

Class Level :     Beginner on up.

The Course of this Class :    You’ll get some good spinal articulation today; hip opening; full body connection; foot, leg and booty work; abs, arms and back. Remember when we engage from the right muscles we will find the right form; and only then will we get ALL the amazing benefits that comes with Pilates, so it’s always good to come back to the basics!
