Longer Leaner Chair Legs

Pilates chair… *Equipment Needed : Pilates Chair (Exo, Wunda, Combo Chair, they all work!)
Focus : In today’s class we are working on the chair. Our focus is making long lines. We’ll lengthen and strengthen our legs, as well as reinforce our obliques, lats and serratus.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : We will lengthen and strengthen through dynamic stretches and toning. Towards the end of our session we will go bottom’s up for some light inversions which are known to boost mood and metabolism, but don’t worry guys we have the Pilates chair to assist us! So get ready to feel good!
Goals : Mobilizing our spines and ignoring the very sleepy kitten throughout this class, lol!
