*Equipment Needed : Pilates Chair. Mat. Arm & leg springs for the Chair (if you have them), otherwise try using Hand Weights or a Resistance Band in place of the springs.
Focus : In this class you won’t just sculpt your whole bod, you’ll lift that booty, rock those legs and tighten and tone a seriously sexy back!
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : We work at a very moderate pace but the exercises are intense and strength building. If you don’t have springs to add to your Pilates Chair, grab some hand weights or a theraband, no worries!
Goals : Today will make you stronger and challenge your balance, connectivity and coordination.
