Next Level Up Basics

Level: Beginner

pilates exercises… *Equipment Needed :      Reformer and Long/Short box.

Focus :      This is one level up from our Back to Basics flow. Here we will still move methodically through our breath, set up, and form, but we will increase challenge and coordination. 

Class Level :    Beginner. Great for beginners or anyone looking for a more methodical, gentle pace.

The Course of this Class :    Lots of single leg work, isometric abs, and strong arms using foundational Pilates exercises on the Reformer. 

Goals :      Building up strength and progressing in your personal Pilates practice.
