EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Mat and optional: small-medium soft ball.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Made for all levels. Suggestions given from time to time for modifications and to increase or decrease difficulty.

CLASS FLOW :   

A quick, 15 minute flow start to finish. You’ll move during 20-30 second intervals with 10 second transitions.

GOALS :     

Move with flow. Quick toning and sculpting. Intelligent movement. Functional fitness. Improve alignment, posture, muscle firing, overall strength and fitness, circulation, metabolism boost and energy flow.
