HIIT your Fitness Goals !

Level: Intermediate

Pilates HIIT.. *Equipment Needed :     Mat. Nothing else!

Focus :    Join me from Eagle Bay in Western Australia for a Pilates HIIT Mat! Yes! Burn fat and increase your cardio fitness. The pace is slow, but it’ll layer on!

Class Level :     Intermediate. 

The Course of this Class :     We will perform 10 reps of each exercise, mixing functional fitness with core Pilates exercises. I will make sure to explain proper alignment so we are moving correctly! This is low impact, targeted moves to increase more power in the legs and abs. This has become one of my favorite ways to train as High Intensity Interval Training is simply so effective for quickly increasing our fitness level, and helping us reach fat burning goals.

Goals :    Do all of today or half, use this class to get ideas of how you can throw this in with a Reformer workout in order to boost your metabolism and hit certain fitness goals.
