Day 5: Pilates Jumpboard Cardio Cleanse, Strength training for fat loss
Pilates jumpboard cardio, that kinda sums it all up right there right? Yep, you’ll be jumping to get that heart rate up and then keep it up. We want to keep the heart up today to cleanse, shed, and burn fat and calories, as well as exercise that heart and those lungs.
Today is essential in our Strength training for fat loss program because we’ve been building in strength, but we also need to shed, so here we are!
Equipment Needed :
Class Level :
ALL levels. If you find any exercise too difficult, modify or rejoin us just after. Most all should be accessible to everyone. Always listen to your body.
The Course of this Class :
This class follows our typical pilates jumpboard cardio classes, lots of energy and moving at a sustained pace to keep the heart up. The booty band really helps to up the level of work our body has to do, plus tones and sculpts those legs, thighs and booty! Yes please. Between jumps today we’ll incorporate more strength training as well as some basic vertical plyometrics.
