Focus : Work your standing balance using the Magic Circle. You’ll stretch your spine and sides meanwhile strengthening arms and legs. Use your core as your stabilizer. This is a great functional, for everyone, mid-day or anytime stretch & tone workout. Additionally, you can add this workout to any other.
Class Level : All levels.
The Course of this Class : A quick, standing only session using the Pilates Magic Circle to connect our core from anterior serratus and lats to obliques, abs and inner thighs. We’ll work balance, breath, concentration and get some stretch in too.
Goals : Easy to throw in at any time of day or with another workout. Great to work standing balance and alignment as well as the tone of the arms!
