How To: Neutral Spine QUADRUPED AND PLANK

pilates neutral spine.. *Equipment Needed :     Mat and Resistance band.

Focus :    Understand QUADRUPED AND PLANK neutral spine, what it is, and how you can find it in your body. We have very little feedback from the ground when in this position, so it can be tricky to find. We’ll use a theraband to give us more information of where we are in space; and then we’ll practice that good position.

Class Level :     All levels.
