Focus : Center your breath and FLOW through this full body workout. While our focus is global today, we spend the second half strengthening our back, arms and abs.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : Simple and effective, including a unilateral core challenge, some planking and the Shortbox Ab series. Very moderate pace and steady movement.
Goals : Whole body, fluid movement.
