Planks & Pliés Pilates Style Suspension

Level: Intermediate

*Equipment Needed :  TRX (or similar suspension trainer), and your Mat.

Focus :  Planks & pliés Pilates style, meaning: legs, hips & booty, lots of core and arms both side body and full plank.

Class Level :  Intermediate and up.

The Course of this Class :  If you know the Pilates Suspension Method you’ll recognize a lot of that style in today’s class. This is a very Pilates influenced TRX suspension training session. Mixing jackknife and teaser in with some fitness classics like curtsy lunge; get ready for standing footwork and lots of side body strength challenge for both shoulder stabilizers, obliques and inner thighs!

Goals :  Improve and challenge overall body strength, tone and ability on the TRX.
