Plié Karate kick combo

Level: All Levels

*Equipment Needed :     Barre or the back of a household chair.

Focus :    Burn those legs and the side body in no time flat! Don’t think your standing leg is the one getting the rest, watch out! We’re sure you’ll find Hilal’s energy contagious!

Class Level :    Beginner++ on up. For EVERYONE!

The Course of this Class :     Starting with small pliés and relevés, to karate kicks and a lateral oblique & ABductor series, in no time flat you’ll get a little plié karate kick workout. We’ll finish with a stretch. Easy to combine with any other workout or memorize to do on your own. Fun and effective!

Goals :    Strengthening feet, ankles, exterior hip rotators and our whole side body. We work our single standing leg balance.
