Day 21: Posterior Chain workout & Total Body Knockout, Beach ready
This posterior chain workout and full body integration day is complete hitting the core, booty, back and arms. Though we might not be thinking yet about summer and hitting the beach, this workout hits all those spots and gets us ready to climb into those suits! You’ll get to continue to test and improve your core strength today, hone your form, and deepen that toning work. You’ll work balance and coordination also as we work in compound exercises.
You’ve made it to week 4 of our 30 day Strength Training for fat loss & building in lean muscle, you’re awesome! Your commitment to yourself and your fitness is applauded and I hope you are reaping the benefits. Class Level :
ALL levels. For any exercise that you find you need to modify, do so. At times, suggestions are given. Listen to your body, never go too hard to fast. But these classes are made to be adaptable to you at your current fitness level, so you can push yourself and see real progressions. If you need to amp it up, do so. If you need to tone it down, do so! This way we will all get stronger and improve together.
The Course of this Class :
You’ve got up core, core and more to start with, lots of abs, getting deep in there, toning and sculpting. This first series is excellent at drawing that low belly up and in, getting that flatter stomach. Next up, you’ll be on your knees and it’s all posterior chain, while still recruiting the abs to stabilize us. Here we’ll also be challenging our balance and mind body connectivity. Don’t worry, you won’t miss planks today, we’ll be getting those in too as they are simply so great at full body toning. Focus in on the quality of your movement today and pause at the end of each contraction in order to really reshape and tone.
