Power Reformer: Building a Strong Side Body

Instructor: Kristine Chaussard
Level: Advanced, All Levels, Intermediate

FOCUS :

This lateral weighted reformer workout will work your adductors, abductors, obliques, shoulder supporters and more. A great class when working on balancing out imbalances in the body, but truly a class we all need. If our lateral, side body, is strong it prevents us from injuries and helps our stabilization systems in the body. When you go do other physically demanding activities, having a strong side body is paramount.

Make sure to mark your workout complete and if you liked it, mark it a favorite so you can come back and repeat it often.
