Class is taught at an intermediate-advanced level today but there are many simple modifications so stick with me, adjust what you need and you’ll see your improvements quickly as you continue and repeat! 😊💪
A quick power class today of 24 minutes. We will start right in so if you like to warm up and ease into it do some jumping jacks and roll downs and then press play and join us! If you haven’t seen today’s variations before, they are fun and can be extra challenging due to the isometric body positions we will hold. Have fun with it, work into it and up to it, and know that this type of training is called unilateral and is greatly helpful to balancing out our imbalances side to side.
