FOCUS :   

Full body fitness, total body integration today in class as we put it all together combining functional fitness with moving balance and rely on our core as our spinal stabilizer. You’ll strengthen your upper body, lower body and put it all together in our last session of this 30:30 program.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + 1 set of heavier weights + Reformer sitting box + 1 set of ankle weights (these will allow you to change from 1-5 lb.)

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class is taught at an intermediate level today. Modify if needed. 😊💪

CLASS FLOW :   

Starting with lunges, moving into planks, core and more. Our exercises are all compound today meaning multiple moving parts, but you are ready for it after following this program for 15 classes! Well done, just have fun and put yourself to the test today.

GOALS :     

Body refining, sculpting and toning total body workouts. Functional fitness. Improve your overall strength, precision and muscle firing and control. Better your alignment and posture in movement. Increase your bone density with the use of weight training. Athletic training. Proprioceptive strengthening, balance improving, injury preventing workouts.
