Class is taught at an intermediate level, however these classes are made for you to adapt to your level of ability. Try it and modify as you need, amp up or down on weights, springs or reps, this is your workout! 😊💪!
A 30 minute sculpting and strengthening workout using both resistance and weight training, with a continuous flow start to finish. Keep your transitions quick and have your weights accessible nearby. We’ll start today with upper body, move on to core, hit our lower after all the while keeping every exercise functional and compound. What does that mean? It simply means you’ll be shifting your body weight often (moving left to right, front to back or up and down) as well as performing more than one task within an exercise.
