Power Reformer: Total Body STRENGTH Conditioning 5, 30:30

FOCUS :   

This power Reformer is an athletic class which uses compound movements to work your entire system in each and every exercise. From mind to body connectivity and muscle firing, to weight transfer and plane changes you’ll see it all. Put your balance to work, exercise your proprioception and challenge your total body coordination. If you are looking for creative ways to use your Reformer I hope you enjoy some of these variations today. Grab your weights and let’s get moving!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer and at least 1 set of medium-heavier hand weights, if you have more sets it’s always nice to have them nearby and switch as needed!

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class is taught at an intermediate-advanced level today, but please remember that these classes are made for you to adapt to your level of ability. Try what you can and modify as you need. Today you could use your sitting box instead of standing on your platform, or even stand on the floor if the height is throwing you off your form. One step at a time always and remember make this is your workout! 😊💪!

CLASS FLOW :   

A 30 minute sculpting and strengthening workout using both resistance and weight training, with a continuous flow start to finish. Keep your transitions quick and have your weights accessible nearby. Today starts right in with total body exercises. If you need a little warm up hit the mat and do your stomach 5 series, then press play and join us on your feet ready to go!

GOALS :     

Body refining, sculpting and toning total body workouts. Functional fitness. Improve your overall strength, precision and muscle firing and control. Better your alignment and posture in movement.
