FOCUS :   

This power Reformer uses weights to up the anty, build more lean muscle fibers, burn fat, fine tune, gain strength and stamina in the body throughout and mostly to transform your daily activities to experience less fatigue, greater ease of movement, prevent injuries and ultimately help you really see the lasting benefits of all your efforts given during your workouts! You’ll work your total body strength today from upper body to core to lower body. Today will also challenge your agility, balance and coordination. A great brain exercise class today as much as body exercise.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + Reformer sitting box + 1 set of lighter hand weights and 1 set of heavier hand weights.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class taught at an intermediate to advanced level today, however all levels are encouraged to try each class in this series. Modify and adjust as you need, listen to your body. Pause the video, do less or more reps, this is YOUR workout so adapt it to your level today 😊💪!

CLASS FLOW :   

A 23 minute athletic, coordinated, sculpting and strengthening workout with mostly continuous flow start to finish minus a few rests here and there. As we focus on flow today the timer will be in the lower right hand corner to cue you but our intervals are less stringent to the clock, so listen for my verbal cues and focus on the quality of each movement.

GOALS :     

Quick but deep and effective toning, sculpting, body refining and shaping workouts. Intelligent movement. Functional fitness. Improve alignment, posture, muscle firing, overall strength and fitness, circulation, metabolism boost and energy flow. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
