Practice makes Progress, Classical Reformer, Day 3

Instructor: Kristine Chaussard
Level: All Levels
Focus :

Practice makes progress, welcome to day 3 of our Classical Pilates Reformer program. Our odd days start at the beginning of the original sequence and carry us half way through. Today you will be able to repeat what you did on day 1. Use these classes to really refine your practice, everything from individual exercises to the entire flow. Focus on form, breath and alignment, muscle activation and movement patterns. As the classical work hinges greatly on the power of repetition, we will repeat and practice makes progress.

Track your progress from individual exercise form and practice to alignment and breath through movement.

Equipment Needed :

Reformer and the long box.
