EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + jump board + sitting box.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels.

GOALS :     

Cardiovascular training to increase your level of fitness, work your heart, improve your health, boost your metabolism, improve your blood flow, help with cleansing and give you energy. Have fun with jumping, using low impact while building bones, improving posture and your muscles’ proprioception. In this class you’ll work those legs, glutes, core, spine and a bit of arms too. Work coordination and cognitive fitness connection. Increase feet and ankle strength. Tone, shape and sculpt.
