*Equipment Needed : Spine Corrector and Reformer. You can also use the Baby Arc if you have that instead. OR you can do this WITHOUT the Spine Corrector also guys, so TRY THIS WORKOUT EVEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE SPINE CORRECTOR! A few modifications to make but it’s totally worth it, don’t miss this!
Focus : Quick lean legs on your shorter days when you have less time for a workout but you want it to be just as effective! This is strength building, toning, sculpting & shaping today.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but all levels should try!
The Course of this Class : We will use some classic Pilates exercises today to tone and sculpt those legs today. The Spine Corrector has come up as a recent favorite so I’ve decided to include it with the Reformer today.
Goals : Sculpt & build lean muscle tone in the lower body; get in a great, quick & satisfying workout.
