Quick & Strong Advanced Athletic Reformer

FOCUS :   

This 22 minute, strong athletic Reformer class moves you quickly around the short box. This is a great stacking workout which means you could do it along with any other workout you may have planned in your day, or on its own as well. This is a compound workout which means each exercise uses balance, stabilization and mobilization all at the same time; in other words: total body integration.

Make sure to mark your workout complete and if you liked it, mark it a favorite so you can come back and repeat it often.

Reformer + sitting box.

GOALS :     

Quick workout for short days or stacking workouts. Train in compound movements and exercises. Work power in muscles as well as dynamic balance and fall prevention. Strengthen both your functional fitness in form and movement to transfer to any and all your other active pursuits whether it be leisurely or performance level athletics. This class helps us know and support our optimal alignment while moving which is one of the most relatable tools into our daily life from the studio. Sculpt, tone and shape. Learn new creative variations on your Reformer and have fun while working out.
